Shipping Policy

At Phosh Food, all meals are prepared fresh and shipped to ensure maximum quality and safety.
Please read the following information carefully to understand how our delivery process works.


1. Delivery Areas

Local Delivery (Sotogrande – Málaga Region)

We offer our own local delivery service to selected postcodes.
Customers can check availability by entering their postcode at checkout.

National Shipping (All Other Regions of Spain)

For all other areas, we ship with SEUR Frío to ensure your meals stay refrigerated during transport.


2. Delivery Schedule

Local Deliveries

Local orders are delivered on Mondays.

National Deliveries

National orders are delivered on Tuesdays.
If there is a national bank holiday, SEUR Frío may adjust delivery to the next working day.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery method available for your postcode.


4. Order Processing Time

All meals are cooked fresh to order.
Orders placed before the weekly cutoff (Thursday at midnight) will be prepared over the weekend and shipped according to the schedule above.

Orders placed after the cutoff will be automatically assigned to the following week’s production.


5. Receiving Your Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery on the expected day.

Phosh Food is not responsible for:

  • Spoilage due to missed deliveries

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If a delivery is missed, SEUR may leave the parcel at the nearest pickup point. It should be collected the same day to maintain freshness.


6. Packaging & Temperature Control

We use refrigerated transport, insulated packaging, and sealed trays to keep your meals fresh during the entire journey.
Please place meals in the refrigerator immediately upon receiving your order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours at info@phoshfood.com with photos so we can assess the issue.


8. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
